The Beauty Circle Giveaway — Terms & Conditions
1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized and administered by The Beauty Corner Store (thebeautycornerstore.com). This promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or any other third party. Participants provide their information solely to The Beauty Corner Store.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the continental United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Beauty Corner Store and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry period
The giveaway opens on june 12th 2026 and closes on july 12th 2026. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
4. How to enter
To enter, participants must complete the registration form at thebeautycornerstore.com/pages/beauty-circle with full, accurate and complete information, including full name, email address, country or territory, language preference, profile type, and WhatsApp number. One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. No purchase necessary to enter.
All fields are required. Incomplete submissions will not be eligible for the draw.
5. Email and WhatsApp communications
By submitting the registration form, participants agree to receive marketing communications from The Beauty Corner Store, including program updates, promotional offers, and giveaway-related notices. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided upon successful registration. Participation requires a valid, accessible email address. Participants may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in any email communication.
6. Winner selection
One winner will be selected via a live random draw conducted on The Beauty Corner Store's official Instagram account @thebeautycorner_proboutique. The draw date will be announced in advance through our Instagram and email communications.
7. Prize
The prize consists of one gift card valued at $100 USD, redeemable exclusively for purchases at thebeautycornerstore.com. The gift card has no expiration date and no cash equivalent. It is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment. The Beauty Corner Store is not responsible for any costs beyond the gift card itself, including but not limited to shipping, taxes, or any additional fees.
8. Winner notification
The winner will be announced publicly on Instagram during the live draw and contacted directly via the email address or WhatsApp number provided at registration within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be selected.
9. Image rights
By participating, entrants agree that if selected as a winner, The Beauty Corner Store may use their name and likeness for promotional purposes on social media and other channels, without additional compensation.
10. Data privacy
Information collected through this giveaway will be used solely to administer The Beauty Circle program and giveaway, and to send communications participants have explicitly opted into. Data will not be shared with third parties. Participants may request modification, update, or deletion of their data at any time by contacting shop@thebeautycorner.shop
11. Disqualification
The Beauty Corner Store reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be providing false information, attempting to enter multiple times, or engaging in any form of fraud.
12. Modifications and cancellation
The Beauty Corner Store reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this giveaway at any time due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to technical failures, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
13. Governing law
This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal and local laws of the United States and Puerto Rico.
